The Musafir Express Launching Ceremony on 24 May 2019 was successfully completed by the Minister of Transport Malaysia, YB Anthony at the South Integrated Terminal.
Ekspres Musafir is a new low-cost express bus service managed by Konsortium E-Mutiara Berhad.
Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Azlan Shah Al-Bakri, Director General of APAD and Mr. Roslan Dato ‘Shariff, Managing Director of Maju TMAS Sdn. Bhd.
Express Musafir offers express bus services for routes between Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu at a fare as low as RM34 compared to the regular rate of RM44.
The Honorable Minister also had the opportunity to meet with the passengers of Express Musafir and present donations of kuih raya.
A press conference was held at the TBS departure hall on Level 2 after the launch.
