Our Story
e-Mutiara provides express bus services throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. Established on 2 June 2005 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, the company is wholly owned by Bumiputra entrepreneurs and consolidated the operations of three predecessor firms: Mutiara Pahim Sdn. Bhd., Mekar Ekspres Sdn. Bhd., and Ballan Sdn. Bhd. — a business lineage that traces back to 1992.
The company received its Bumiputra Company Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance Malaysia in 2011, part of a restructuring aimed at strengthening and further expanding a business that originated decades earlier.
